Terms of Service
Effective 29 September 2026. These Terms apply to the AiLane VPN, free trials, and paid subscriptions. By creating an account, purchasing, or using AiLane, you agree to these Terms.
Service and plans
AiLane provides a VPN service. Depending on the connection mode you choose, some traffic may use the AiLane VPN while other traffic continues over your normal connection. AiLane does not include subscriptions to third-party AI, websites, or other services. Free trials, paid plans, pricing, billing cycles, and data allowances are as displayed on the website, account, or checkout when you claim or purchase them. A free trial does not automatically become a paid subscription unless you choose a paid plan and complete payment.
Subscriptions, renewal, and cancellation
A paid subscription automatically renews on the selected monthly or annual billing cycle until you cancel. Each renewal is charged to your payment method at the subscription price disclosed to you at that time. You can cancel renewal from your account page or the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancel before the next renewal charge is processed to avoid the next billing-cycle charge. After cancellation, you will not be charged for the next cycle and access normally continues until the end of the current paid period.
Refunds and data allowance
Processed charges and refund requests are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy, and applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. AiLane does not charge overage fees. When a paid plan reaches its displayed allowance, the VPN service may pause until the next usage period; a free trial ends when its allowance is used. Your account page shows your current subscription, expiry, and usage state.
Account and acceptable use
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement where you live, and you are responsible for protecting your account, verification codes, and device credentials. You must not share or resell account or VPN credentials, attack or interfere with AiLane or third-party systems, bypass security or usage controls, distribute malware or spam, infringe the rights of others, or use the service for unlawful activity.
Availability and local law
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but VPN nodes, routes, networks, or features may change or be interrupted because of maintenance, providers, local networks, or other technical factors. AiLane does not guarantee that any third-party website, AI, or other service will be available on every network or in every region. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of a VPN complies with applicable law where you are located. Do not use AiLane where prohibited by applicable law.
Suspension and termination
AiLane may restrict, suspend, or terminate service because of a security risk, abuse, non-payment, legal requirement, or material breach of these Terms. Where reasonable and practicable, we will provide relevant notice.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every third-party service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms when required by service, legal, or operational changes. For material changes, where practicable, we will notify you through the website, app, or account contact channel; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
