Privacy Policy
Effective 29 September 2026. This policy explains how AiLane processes information when providing the VPN, account, subscription, and support services.
Optional website analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits to fixed website pages, pricing views, account entry, download clicks, successful sign-in, trial claims and checkout starts. These events do not prove payment or download completion. Google may also collect first-visit and session events, engagement time, browser and device information, and pseudonymous cookie identifiers that distinguish visitors; this is not anonymous data. We do not send email addresses, verification codes, authentication or payment identifiers, URL query parameters, form content, VPN traffic content, AI prompts or DNS destinations. We do not enable Google Signals, advertising personalization or cross-domain tracking. Before consent, no analytics service loads or receives analytics data. Use Analytics preferences in the footer to reject or withdraw consent at any time; withdrawing stops further collection and clears this website's analytics cookies. Withdrawal does not automatically delete previously sent data. Your choice is stored per website host and does not affect sign-in, security or language cookies. Analytics remains inactive when its configuration is disabled.
Information we collect
To provide and protect the service, AiLane may process your email address, identity-provider references, sign-in and consent records, registered-device information, client key fingerprints, selected node, connection timing, aggregate transfer totals, necessary security events and diagnostics, and information you choose to provide to support. The website also uses cookies required for sign-in, security, and language settings. Stripe processes payment-card details; AiLane keeps necessary customer and subscription references and payment and refund status, but does not store full card numbers or card security codes.
VPN and browsing data
AiLane does not log or store your browsing content, AI prompts, searches, messages, or other input content, and does not use that content to build advertising or user profiles. To perform split routing, DNS resolution, and VPN connection setup, the system may process necessary destination domains, DNS data, or network addresses in real time, but AiLane does not retain that information as your personal browsing history.
How we use and share data
We use information only as needed to provide and protect the VPN service, manage accounts and subscriptions, enforce data allowances, prevent abuse, provide support, and meet legal or accounting obligations. We share information only when needed to provide the service, when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of AiLane, users, or others; relevant service providers should process it only as needed to provide their services. Information may be processed outside the country or region where you live, with reasonable safeguards where applicable. AiLane does not sell your personal information.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, handle payment and accounting records, or meet legal obligations; some records may need to remain after an account is deactivated. Traffic sent through the AiLane VPN travels through an encrypted tunnel, while split-routed traffic outside the VPN continues over your normal connection. No network or system can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
You can cancel your subscription or deactivate your account, and you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal information where applicable law provides those rights. Some information may need to be retained for security, fraud prevention, payment, accounting, or legal obligations.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy because of service or legal changes. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice through the website, app, or account contact channel where practicable. For privacy questions, account deactivation or data-related requests, email support@ailane.app. Do not email passwords, verification codes, full payment-card details, or VPN credentials.
