AiLane
This page explains the AiLane digital VPN service, subscription billing, fulfillment, customer support, and the principal policies that apply to customers.
Public business / service name: AiLane. AiLane is a split-tunnel VPN service for macOS, iOS and Android with an optional full-tunnel mode, offered as a monthly or annual digital subscription. In split routing, supported AI and other selected services use the AiLane VPN while other traffic continues over your normal connection.
AiLane does not sell or ship physical goods. After an account has a valid trial or verified paid entitlement, the service is delivered through the AiLane app and the related account. A payment redirect by itself does not confirm payment or entitlement.
Eligible new accounts may claim one 7-day / 2 GB free trial with no credit card required. Monthly and annual pricing and data allowance are displayed on the website pricing section. Stripe Checkout displays the charge for the selected subscription and any applicable promotion before purchase.
Paid subscriptions automatically renew on the selected monthly or annual billing cycle until cancelled. Customers can cancel renewal at any time from the AiLane account page or Stripe Customer Portal and should cancel before the next renewal charge is processed to avoid the next billing-cycle charge.
AiLane uses Stripe to process subscription payments. Stripe processes payment-card details; AiLane does not store full card numbers or card security codes. Service entitlement is updated only from verified payment and subscription status.
Refund eligibility, request instructions, review timing, duplicate or incorrect charges, and billing-dispute procedures are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
